[A216-A225] Antiproton to Apgar

Another round of dream cards for the Star Trek Collectible Card Game, resurrected from the late 90s and given graphics for the first time. We gotta get out from under this negativism...

THE ENTRIES:
[216] antiproton
[217] antithoron radiation
[218] Antonio
[219] Antwerp Conference
[220] Anya (no card required)

NOTES:
[216] The Crystalline Entity acts like a Calamarain or Sheliak, but may still be overcome (discarded) by any ship meeting its requirements. Source: "The Survivors"
[217] Asteroid fields include Seek Life-Form, Pegasus Search and Mining Survey. Source: "Tattoo"
[218] If there are 4 seed cards, simply say "lead around second seed" (you do not get to look at the cards). The dilemma is not discarded, but remains on planet even after mission is solved, to be encountered by scouting Borg, for example. Avoided Artifacts are picked up normally upon mission completion, but specially seeded cards like Mirasta Yale are stranded on the planet (no way to pick them up unless you didn't solve the mission and reattempted later). Source: "Tattoo"
[219] Of course, you can always initiate a personnel battle to get rid of the pesky Changeling... Source: "Homefront"
[220] Anya was already a Non-Aligned personnel in The Dominion expansion.

And now: Having dinner with the Apgars.

THE ENTRIES:
[221] anyon emitter
[222] Aolian Cluster
[223] aorta
[224] Apgar, Dr. Nel
[225] Apgar, Mauna
NOTES:
[221] "Phased" personnel are only those that are affected by Phased Matter (and other such cards), not personnel carrying  an Interphase Generator. The Emitter does its work even if phased personnel are on the planet surface as long as the ship is "present" in orbit. Source: "The Next Phase"
[222] Relocation happens whether those missions are already on the table or played later. Hybrids (such as Sela or Alexander) count for an extra species. My original design also had the Ferengi participating, but the templates don't allow for more than 5 affiliations. Source: TNG's "The Chase"
[223] That's a MEDICAL x2, not 2 MEDICAL. Source: "Mining the Mind's Mines" though the entry references DS9's "Homeland"
[224] Krieger Waves is an AtoZ card. The Neutral Outpost refers to that exact card title, not to other Neutral "affiliation" outpost. Source: "A Matter of Perspective"
[225] Ditto. A Matter of Perspective is also an AtoZ card.

Next up: Way link!

Cards: Antiproton Beam, Emergency Mining, Antonio, Disrupt Conference, Anyon Emitter, Catalogue Seeded Worlds, Thank God for Modern Medicine, Dr. Nel Apgar, Mauna Apgar

[A156-165] Anchilles to Andorian

Another round of dream cards for the Star Trek Collectible Card Game, resurrected from the late 90s and given graphics for the first time. A couple of Program cards, incoming... THE ENTRIES: [156] Anchilles fever [157] Ancient Philosophies [158] Ancient West [159] Andarian glass bead [160] Andevian II  How Decipher handled it, for comparison: NOTES:  [156] Probing on a dilemma doesn't leave you much space to work with, does it? Source: While first mentioned in TNG's "Code of Honor", the virus was pictured in Enterprise's "Cold Station 12". [157] Something to seed yourself? I say "first artifact encountered" because there may be more than one under such missions as Orb Negotiations, and both opponents may have seeded one under the same mission. Source: "The Host" [158] None of the named characters were in the game when I made this card (which is naturally a Program under my scheme). Holodeck Adventures would make it an Incid...

Apocalypse Rising Virtual Pack

I didn't do this for EVERY letter, but the first two AtoZ "expansions" had working booster packs of 15 cards, sorted like so: 11 commons (of 100 possibilities), 3 uncommons (of 100 possibilities) and 1 rare (of 113 possibilities). Which means that every time you refresh this page, you will get a different distribution of cards! Makes a nice palate cleanse before heading into the Encyclopedia's B's. Note that Enhanced Apocalypse Rising would have been 4 special packs with set card lists, and A's Broken Links would have come in a 40-page box, so those cards aren't in the booster.

Broken Links [BL-B26-30] Species 8472 to The Net

More Broken Links... This time: 8472! BROKEN LINKS: [26] Species 8472 [27] Strike! [28] Baseball personnel [29] Ten-Forward [30] The Net NOTES:   [26] Needed to staff Bioships [B+49] and support all those 8472 infiltrators. In personnel battle, hand weapons don't count against them, they can't be negatively affected by Equipment cards. I almost made them unable to mix, but they definitely worked with Voyager a few times, so I've just made it more difficult to do so. Source: "Prey" [27] The card can be nullified by Bunt [B+74]. You either continue without effect, lose a personnel, or get stopped, but a "Ball" result may lose you some cards from the deck. Source: "Take Me Out to the Holosuite" [28] Captain Solok has the matching Nemesis icon. Source: "Take Me Out to the Holosuite" [29] In the list of Food-serving sites in the not to [B17]. U.S.S. Enterprise-D personnel are those that specifically reference the ship in their lore. Other ...
