[A256-265] Arctic to Argonite

Another round of dream cards for the Star Trek Collectible Card Game, resurrected from the late 90s and given graphics for the first time. The Devil's back!

THE ENTRIES:
[256] arctic spider
[257] Arcturian Fizz
[258] Arcybite
[259] Ardra
[260] Arethian flu

NOTES:
[256] Source: Mentioned in "Rise"
[257] Source: "Ménage à Troi"
[258] I thought it was innovative enough to have a Ferengi-only mission without adding do-dads. Source: DS9's "The Nagus"
[259] Ardra morphs into holograms, but is never considered a hologram. If she is killed while morphed into K'Tesh for example, the K'Tesh card is deactivated (returns to ship) and Ardra (even if in hand) is discarded. She cannot report to holo-grids, nor does she need a Holodeck or Holo-Projectors to morph. Source: "Devil's Due"
[260] The cure can be anywhere on the ship, cleaning all affected Sites simultaneously. A quarantined site is subject to all the rules relating to quarantined ships. When all sites are quarantined, the entire ship is. If no Site exists on ship, dilemma is discarded with no effect.  Source: "Eye of the Needle"

And now: Arg!

THE ENTRIES:
[261] Argaya system
[262] Argelian massage facility
[263] argine
[264] Argolis Cluster
[265] argonite
NOTES:
[261] Look for Joret Dal to be able to work with the Federation. Source: TNG's "Lower Decks"
[262] An AU site? Well, this is the shop Quark wanted to build when Garak's store blew up. He never did, so it's in alternate universe. Source: DS9's "The Die Is Cast"
[263] Locator Bomb will be a dilemma. Note that the second function can be used on the Ferengi Trading Outpost where your opponent has been unceremoniously reporting his or her personnel without a thought to your feelings. Source: "The Nagus"
[264] Anyone may attempt, just not an entirely Non-Aligned crew. Source: "I, Borg"
[265] An Away Team can choose to leave the dilemma on the planet, where it can be picked up later, even by your opponent. It functions like Equipment, but is immune to Disruptor Overload.  Source: Argonite is referenced in "Doctor Bashir, I Presume", but the pic is from "Ethics".

Next up: We're still going "Arg".

Cards: Arctic Spiders, Arcturian Fizz, Take Over Refineries, Ardra, Arethian Flu, Retrieve Pod, Argelian Massage Parlor, Ferengi Explosive, Prelude to Colonization, Dangerous Goods

[A156-165] Anchilles to Andorian

Another round of dream cards for the Star Trek Collectible Card Game, resurrected from the late 90s and given graphics for the first time. A couple of Program cards, incoming... THE ENTRIES: [156] Anchilles fever [157] Ancient Philosophies [158] Ancient West [159] Andarian glass bead [160] Andevian II  How Decipher handled it, for comparison: NOTES:  [156] Probing on a dilemma doesn't leave you much space to work with, does it? Source: While first mentioned in TNG's "Code of Honor", the virus was pictured in Enterprise's "Cold Station 12". [157] Something to seed yourself? I say "first artifact encountered" because there may be more than one under such missions as Orb Negotiations, and both opponents may have seeded one under the same mission. Source: "The Host" [158] None of the named characters were in the game when I made this card (which is naturally a Program under my scheme). Holodeck Adventures would make it an Incid...

Apocalypse Rising Virtual Pack

I didn't do this for EVERY letter, but the first two AtoZ "expansions" had working booster packs of 15 cards, sorted like so: 11 commons (of 100 possibilities), 3 uncommons (of 100 possibilities) and 1 rare (of 113 possibilities). Which means that every time you refresh this page, you will get a different distribution of cards! Makes a nice palate cleanse before heading into the Encyclopedia's B's. Note that Enhanced Apocalypse Rising would have been 4 special packs with set card lists, and A's Broken Links would have come in a 40-page box, so those cards aren't in the booster.

Broken Links [BL-B26-30] Species 8472 to The Net

More Broken Links... This time: 8472! BROKEN LINKS: [26] Species 8472 [27] Strike! [28] Baseball personnel [29] Ten-Forward [30] The Net NOTES:   [26] Needed to staff Bioships [B+49] and support all those 8472 infiltrators. In personnel battle, hand weapons don't count against them, they can't be negatively affected by Equipment cards. I almost made them unable to mix, but they definitely worked with Voyager a few times, so I've just made it more difficult to do so. Source: "Prey" [27] The card can be nullified by Bunt [B+74]. You either continue without effect, lose a personnel, or get stopped, but a "Ball" result may lose you some cards from the deck. Enterprise-D personnel are those that specifically reference the ship in their lore. Other ...
