[174] Thermal Deflectors must be in play (on the table) to be used as a mission requirement. When a Firestorm is uncovered here, it first has its effect. At the end of that very turn, it has its effect again (though either you have Thermal Deflectors and personnel are still fine, or the low INTEGRITY personnel are already dead).
