[98] She can replace Bashirs (3 to choose from) selected to be framed for murder, captured, put in stasis, be disabled, etc. Source: "Doctor Bashir, I Presume"
[99] Obviously exists as a Federation personnel from the Deep Space Nine expansion.
[100] He doesn't have to be on the Nor, merely at the same spaceline location, to confer the bonus. When I made these Mirror cards, I didn't know how Decipher would handle them (their Captain Bashir, from Mirror, Mirror, is included for comparison), so I didn't know about Terran and Alliance icons. But the same way I put the Maquis icon on cards, I've decided I should include them on these as well. Source: "Shattered Mirror"
Next up: Let's get back to "Basics".
