Another round of dream cards for the Star Trek Collectible Card Game, resurrected from the late 90s and given graphics for the first time. Rats and rabbits...
THE ENTRIES:
[376] Builders
[377] Bularian canapés
[378] Bulgallian rat
[379] bunny rabbit
[380] Buran, U.S.S.
[376] Mot's Advice-like card that can only be played in the Delta Quadrant. Source: "Prototype"
[377] At the very least, you have to stop your upkeeping personnel. Note that this protects the personnel from battling, maybe to make sure it's around for a later turn. Even if an enemy Away Team attacks you, it will remain "opposed" as long as the unattackable stopped personnel is present. Source: "Journey's End"
[378] The rat may use You Dirty Rat as if it were a shape-shifter. Its disabling of Empaths is supposed to reflect how the fear engendered in other crewmembers by the rat could incapacitate them. Source: "Coming of Age"; pic from the Creatures sourcebook for the Star Trek RPG.
[379] You can even download ANIMALs to opponent's ships, where they can be a real nuisance. (Think Spot or Tribbles, which AtoZ imagined as an ANIMAL card, so you'll see one in the Broken Links.) Source: "Imaginary Friend"
[380] Using this ship keeps you safe from Borg looking to salvage something from your discard pile (among other things). Source: "The Best of Both Worlds, Part II"
Next up: A holographic dual-personnel.
Cards: Builders' Knowledge, Bulgallian Canapés, Bulgallian Rat, Head in the Clouds, USS Buran
