[47] So it blows up only opposing holos, but deactivates even your own Program if it is present. Source: "The Killing Game, Part II"
[48] If the ship is not a shuttle, discard the dilemma. You can select any one skill for a personnel to use (including a special skill), but a redshirting shuttle probably won't have the skill base to complete a mission or even pass some of the tougher dilemmas. Classifications are not considered skills here, and remain intact. You can switch which skill at any time during your own turn, but during opponent's turn, you will be stuck with whatever skill you finished with. Source: "Drone"
[49] Can only be nullified by the same cards and conditions that uncloak a ship (including those of La Forge Maneuver and Tachyon Detection Grid). Source: "The Enemy"

    my question is regarding the MMR
    is the MMR supposed to be a Generic / Universal,
    thereby allowing up to 4 to be stocked?
    or, is it a 'unique' ?

      It's unique. The Klingons didn't hand out cloaking devices like candy.

      The Ferengi acquired obsolete KBOPs and those apparently had outdated but still functional cloaking devices...
      Perhaps, the Klingons did have sufficient quantities of archaic cloaks to hand out in candy quantities...

I didn't do this for EVERY letter, but the first two AtoZ "expansions" had working booster packs of 15 cards, sorted like so: 11 commons (of 100 possibilities), 3 uncommons (of 100 possibilities) and 1 rare (of 113 possibilities). By Inferno's Light Virtual Pack

Which means that every time you refresh this page, you will get a different distribution of cards! Makes a nice palate cleanse before heading into the Encyclopedia's C's. Note that Enhanced By Inferno's Light would have been 5 special packs with set card lists, and B's Broken Links would have come in a 40-page box, so those cards aren't in the booster.
