Watch the slang...
THE ENTRIES:
[51] Clyde
[52] coaxial warp drive
[53] Cobum, Admiral
[54] coil spanner
[55] colliculi
[51] Stops a personnel that is Klingon species, but not Klingon affiliation (Borg still don't count). The second functions works equally on holographic personnel and equipment. The Square and Harvey cards will have to be Broken Links. Source: "Image in the Sand"
[52] This means that particular ship doesn't have to go through navigational hazards to go from A to B. Its RANGE is not extended, so a RANGE of 8 allows for a move to a destination no more than 8 Span away. Relocated ships are never present at intervening locations so that it cannot be Hailed, or even Wormholed (never starts to move). Source: "Vis à Vis"
[53] "Your Nor" is any Nor you played yourself. Source: "Favor the Bold"
[54] It's an Empok Nor dilemma. Works well with Sleeper Trap, don't you think? Source: "Empok Nor"
[55] You would probably use this against your opponent's Borg, but the Borg can make use of it, too. De-assimilation is possible in AtoZ (same for the second option), but an already de-assimilated drone (like Seven) is not immediately killed, since the trigger never happened. When going to the Brig, the Borg doesn't die until it hits the Brig. Source: "The Gift"
Next up: Yet another Kira.
Cards: Watch It, Clyde!; Coaxial Warp Drive; Admiral Cobum, Turned My Back for a Second, Suicide Implant
