Just a couple cards this time around...
THE ENTRIES:
[6] D'deridex-class warbird (no card required)
[7] D'Ghor (no card required)
[8] D'jarra
[9] d'k tagh (no card required)
[10] D'Kora class
[6] Already exists as a ship from the Basic Set.
[7] Already exists as a Klingon personnel in the Deep Space Nine expansion.
[8] This card went through a lot of changes, from an Interrupt, to an Event with a countdown icon, to an Objective. It might even have been a dilemma if my Akorem Laan hadn't been able to download it. Akorem Laan is an emissary as is The Emissary himself. The card affects both sides of the table. [9] Already exists as an Equipment card in the Blaze of Glory expansion.
[10] Just your basic ship for an affiliation that, at the time, needed one. Rules of Acquisition later included it as the D'Kora Marauder (included for comparison). Source: "The Last Outpost"
Next up: Come to Quark's, play a bit of dabo.
Cards: D'jarras, D'Kora

RE: Bajoran evil fun
The D'Jarras incident card is FUN!
thanks for that, Siskoid,
I want to field a multi-faction evil Bajoran/Mirror Bajoran deck with that,
you've breathed a lot of life into the faction
Your picture for the D'Kora is vastly nicer than the one Decipher chose.
ReplyDeleteI'm now wondering how to make effective use of D'Jarras... probably keep in a Tent to screw up a Bajoran opponent by swapping all his classifications around, and the attribute debuff. That said, I do think the Bajorans are one of the most balanced affiliations as far as classifications go, so ironically they are unlikely to be heavily affected.
The design remit was probably that ships couldn't feature planets in the background.
