[D 91-95] Deadlock to Death Wish

A rare Star Trek Christmas moment...

THE ENTRIES:
[91] "Deadlock"
[92] Deadwood
[93] Dealt, Lieutenant Commander Hester
[94] Dean, Lieutenant
[95] "Death Wish"

Decipher's version for comparison:
NOTES:
[91] You'll need Vidiians for some Delta Quadrant missions, so I made a universal one. He was nameless on the show, so I gave him the name of the actor who played him, Ray Proscia. Decipher named him Nadirum and released him in their Voyager expansion (included for comparison). Source: "Deadlock"
[92] Since Ancient West turns your Deadwood-specific [holo] personnel into androids, you can see how the game text would become relevant. Source: "A Fistful of Datas"
[93] Source: "The Child"
[94] When in play, you can take advantage of Manheim's doorway by downloading the card about to be played by your opponent, thus creating an instant hiccup. The first name is taken from the person who inspired the character's name in the first place, episode co-writer Deborah Dean Davis. Source: "We'll Always Have Paris"
[95] The picture on the card is Voyager in a Christmas tree, but you may not like the presents you get. The cards played on the ship must be playable on a ship, but may be dilemmas that do so. They only have their effect when the ship reenters play. A dangerous one, but mitigated by the fact that it won't do you good if pulled at a planet mission. It would have been a Q-Dilemma, but with Beware of Q, that wouldn't have been possible. Source: "Death Wish"

Next up: A bit of archaeology.

Cards: Proshia, Deadwood, Hester Dealt, Davis Dean, Christmas Ornament

Apocalypse Rising Virtual Pack

I didn't do this for EVERY letter, but the first two AtoZ "expansions" had working booster packs of 15 cards, sorted like so: 11 commons (of 100 possibilities), 3 uncommons (of 100 possibilities) and 1 rare (of 113 possibilities). Which means that every time you refresh this page, you will get a different distribution of cards! Makes a nice palate cleanse before heading into the Encyclopedia's B's. Note that Enhanced Apocalypse Rising would have been 4 special packs with set card lists, and A's Broken Links would have come in a 40-page box, so those cards aren't in the booster.

[A156-165] Anchilles to Andorian

Another round of dream cards for the Star Trek Collectible Card Game, resurrected from the late 90s and given graphics for the first time. A couple of Program cards, incoming... THE ENTRIES: [156] Anchilles fever [157] Ancient Philosophies [158] Ancient West [159] Andarian glass bead [160] Andevian II  How Decipher handled it, for comparison: NOTES:  [156] Probing on a dilemma doesn't leave you much space to work with, does it? Source: While first mentioned in TNG's "Code of Honor", the virus was pictured in Enterprise's "Cold Station 12". [157] Something to seed yourself? I say "first artifact encountered" because there may be more than one under such missions as Orb Negotiations, and both opponents may have seeded one under the same mission. Source: "The Host" [158] None of the named characters were in the game when I made this card (which is naturally a Program under my scheme). Holodeck Adventures would make it an Incid...

By Inferno's Light Virtual Pack

I didn't do this for EVERY letter, but the first few AtoZ "expansions" had working booster packs of 15 cards, sorted like so: 11 commons (of 112 possibilities), 3 uncommons (of 117 possibilities) and 1 rare (of 107 possibilities). Which means that every time you refresh this page, you will get a different distribution of cards! Makes a nice palate cleanse before heading into the Encyclopedia's C's. Note that Enhanced By Inferno's Light would have been 5 special packs with set card lists, and B's Broken Links would have come in a 40-page box, so those cards aren't in the booster.
