[D 206-210] Dichromatic to Dielectic

Today: The card the expansion is named after...

THE ENTRIES:
[206] Dichromic Nebula
[207] dicosilium
[208] "Die is Cast, The"
[209] Dieghan, Liam
[210] dielectric field

NOTES:
[206] You can't keep the interrupt for later use. Source: "Bloodlines"
[207] The Krieger Waves could have been played on your opponent's ship in the first place. You choose a second ship to also suffer the effects. All the cards mentioned are either official or are in AtoZ (there are two Apgar, Mr. and Mrs.). Source: "A Matter of Perspective"
[208] Tried hard to make it from both the Dominion's perspective AND the Romulan/Cardassian force's. Captives are not "unstopped" personnel, so no easy rescues there. The wording makes it possible for you to initiate battle regardless of attack restrictions. The final ability allows those personnel to report aboard Advanced D'Deridexes and Galors, even if those ships are not their own. You can put a Romulan intruder aboard a Cardassian ship this way, or truly mimic the episode by sending Lovok Founder to an Advanced warbird. Source: "The Die Is Cast"
[209] Even if ships later arrive, or the personnel is no longer alone, it keeps the attribute enhancements. Source: "Up The Long Ladder"
[210] The restriction forbids someone from piling Distortion Fields on top of Turbulence and making the mission impossible to attempt. Source: "Innocence"

Next up: We hit the dilithium mines.

Cards: Covert Probing, Reflective Coils, The Die Is Cast, Up With Nature, Electrodynamic Turbulence

Apocalypse Rising Virtual Pack

I didn't do this for EVERY letter, but the first two AtoZ "expansions" had working booster packs of 15 cards, sorted like so: 11 commons (of 100 possibilities), 3 uncommons (of 100 possibilities) and 1 rare (of 113 possibilities). Which means that every time you refresh this page, you will get a different distribution of cards! Makes a nice palate cleanse before heading into the Encyclopedia's B's. Note that Enhanced Apocalypse Rising would have been 4 special packs with set card lists, and A's Broken Links would have come in a 40-page box, so those cards aren't in the booster.

[A156-165] Anchilles to Andorian

Another round of dream cards for the Star Trek Collectible Card Game, resurrected from the late 90s and given graphics for the first time. A couple of Program cards, incoming... THE ENTRIES: [156] Anchilles fever [157] Ancient Philosophies [158] Ancient West [159] Andarian glass bead [160] Andevian II  How Decipher handled it, for comparison: NOTES:  [156] Probing on a dilemma doesn't leave you much space to work with, does it? Source: While first mentioned in TNG's "Code of Honor", the virus was pictured in Enterprise's "Cold Station 12". [157] Something to seed yourself? I say "first artifact encountered" because there may be more than one under such missions as Orb Negotiations, and both opponents may have seeded one under the same mission. Source: "The Host" [158] None of the named characters were in the game when I made this card (which is naturally a Program under my scheme). Holodeck Adventures would make it an Incid...

By Inferno's Light Virtual Pack

I didn't do this for EVERY letter, but the first few AtoZ "expansions" had working booster packs of 15 cards, sorted like so: 11 commons (of 112 possibilities), 3 uncommons (of 117 possibilities) and 1 rare (of 107 possibilities). Which means that every time you refresh this page, you will get a different distribution of cards! Makes a nice palate cleanse before heading into the Encyclopedia's C's. Note that Enhanced By Inferno's Light would have been 5 special packs with set card lists, and B's Broken Links would have come in a 40-page box, so those cards aren't in the booster.
