Going multi-genre...
THE ENTRIES:
[316] Dunlap, Nigel
[317] duonetic field (no card required)
[318] duotronic probe
[319] duotronics
[320] Durango
[316] When Sniper is in play, its owner may probe at the site of a personnel battle. If Dunlap is at that location, THEN he can prevent the probe. Source: Referenced in "A Simple Investigation" (I've decided to cast him as Patrick Macnee, not just because he was Steed in The Avengers, but partnered with Bond in A View to a Kill - and can't you just see Odo playing this role?)
[317] Already exists a planet dilemma in the Deep Space Nine expansion.
[318] Classifications appearing as skills don't count here, so you could have an OFFICER with ENGINEER and an ENGINEER together (as a two-man Away Team) and still go on. "Mission attempt" means the Borg are immune to this. Source: "Fair Trade"
[319] The original design talked about "time periods" and required a lot of lore-checking. The introduction of era icons means I can change it to only hose Engineers aboard TOS and MOV ships (and other eras in the post-Decipher environment). ENGINEERs aboard the wrong ships can't use ENGINEER (it only affects that skill). Source: "The Ultimate Computer"
[320] Deanna in SECURITY? Better believe it. She can still be targeted by random selection, but not "your choice" or "opponent's choice" dilemmas. She can't be targeted because she's a "Mysterious stranger". Holodeck Adventures gave us Decipher's take on Durango (included for comparison). Source: "A Fistful of Datas"
Next up: The toughest wall? Well, maybe not in the game.
Cards: Nigel Dunlap, Difference of Opinion, Obsolete, Durango

I like Difference of Opinion, good way to filter mega-crews. Durango is a contender for the "least useless Deanna" award, though that's not a high bar to reach.
